Age Limit: Candidates age should be below 40 years for post 1, 2, 4 to 7. 45 years for post 3, 8 & 9 as on 12-04-2016. Age relaxation of 10 years is applicable to backward classes.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Technology for post 1, 2, 3 & Post Graduate Degree in MBA/ Management Studies (MMS)/ Personnel Management (MPM) with Specialization in Human Resources Management/ Development/ Personnel Management for post 4 & 5, Degree or Diploma with Industrial Relations as one of the subjects for post 6. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on online test/ interview.
